Children 3 and under are free as long as they don’t occupy a seat.
Otherwise children are regular price.
Strollers are not allowed inside the main tent but can be left in the concession area.
There are three types of seats:
- General Admission – Chair and Bench seating
- VIP – first rows of chair seating immediately behind the walkway and Ringside
- Ringside – plush chairs right on the Circus Ring
(Note: Coupon Codes only apply to General Admission Tickets)
Is there assigned seating?
No. General Admission is first come – first serve.
VIPs are also first come – first serve, but you are guaranteed a seat in the VIP area
Ringside Seats are first come – first serve, but you are guaranteed a seat in the Ringside area
I am having trouble printing my tickets
First try downloading the PDF of the tickets and print from your computer
You can also show your phone with the tickets or email as proof of purchase
Still having problems – please email us with the form below
If all else fails – no problem – go to the Circus box office (on site)
Can I buy in person?
Yes – you can purchase in person at the Big Top box office (opens at 10am on performance days) Credit Cards are not accepted. ATM is available
Box office Ticket prices may be slightly higher than prices online

Is there wheelchair accessible seating available?
Yes – please arrive 45 Min early and report to the front of the tent entrance for assistance.
Personal Aids are not free and require tickets.
Are there free tickets available?
Please check with Kids up Front to see if you fit their mandate.

If you are a subscriber you must contact them directly
Is Parking Free?
Yes. There is No Charge for Parking.
How are the animals in this circus treated?
All circuses are not created equal and we are proud to work with the Zerbini Family Circus, especially because of the care they show the animals they work with.

When I sponsor tickets who gets them?
We are pleased to work with Kids Up Front, who will distribute tickets to well deserving children in Calgary, Toronto and also facilitate ticket distribution to deserving agencies in the NCD (Ottawa) and Metropolitan Montreal areas.
Are you representing the US Shrine Circus Events?
No we are only presenting the Shrine Circus in Canada (at select locations).

Show length is approximately 2 hours and 30 min with an intermission.
Gate is open 30 min prior to show.
The On Site Big Top Box Office will open at 10 am on each performance day
No outside food and beverages allowed – the Circus will have a full range of food products available. Soft Drinks, Bottled Water, Hot Dogs, Sausages, Nachos, Popcorn, Cotton Candy, Snow Cones, Candy Apples and many more…
No video cameras are allowed in the show.
